the old farmhouse sleeps 4/5 people and offers self-catering holiday accommodation to an excellent standard, including drying facilities and a secure cycle store. The Old Farmhouse has recently been awarded a Bronze Award under the North East England Tourism Awards 2011, and Four Stars Gold Award under the Enjoy England Awards for Excellence Scheme. Pets are always welcome.
grindon cartshed sleeps up to 6 prople and offers superb B&B accommodation from Easter to October, operating as self-catering holiday accommodation for the rest of the year. Grindon Cartshed has been awarded Four Star Silver status.

Grindon sits within 600 acres of farmland and we have a small flock of coloured Ryeland sheep. Red squirrels inhabit our woods and our rural location attracts a wide range of birdlife. We are 4 miles from our local village of Haydon Bridge and its shops and inns, 11 miles away from the beautiful historic town of Hexham and within an hour of the vibrant city of Newcastle upon Tyne.
